Peter Coinin, Jr., received his degree in painting from The Massachusetts College of Art and has also studied at New York University, Tisch School of the Arts. He has been in and around the business all of his life and so it was a natural that he would become a full time professional tattoo artist upon his graduation. He attributes Frazetta, Rockwell, comic book art and lowbrow art for inspiring his work and style in oils as well as tattooing. He further fulfills his imaginative and creative energies as well as sharing his vision with a broader audience by writing and illustrating political cartoons for the print media.
